Buddhist Education Teachers of Elementary School’ Perception towards the Implementation of Learning Tool Development Training

Training is one alternative that still trusted and used as an effort to improve the quality of teachers. This study aims determine perception Buddhist education teachers at elementary school level in Pesawaran Regency on implementation training development learning tools. a mixed-method, explanatory sequential mixed-method research design. All were subjects this study. The instruments questionnaires interviews. questionnaire consisted 37 statements interview 27 questions. Before testing questionnaire, validity reliability tests carried out using SPSS statistic 25 program. findings revealed perceptions quite good online face-to-face for Objectives, implementation, methods, costs, media evaluation get percentage <40%. Collaborating two trainings way can be minimize deficiencies maximize both trainings.
